Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.

Neighborhood
Le Pavoncelle residence is located in the well-known town of Santa Teresa Gallura. The residence is just 200 mt from the marina and 800 mts from the the town centre, with its picturesque main square surrounded by cafès, restaurants and colourful craft shops. From the modern marina (200 mts far from the residence) it is possible to reach Corsica by ferry and the stunning archipelago of La Maddalena. The amazing Rena Bianca beach, characterised by fine, white sand and crystal clear sea, is just at 1 km. The beach features beach umbrellas and sun loungers rentals and many diving centres (managed by external providers). A Public bus (at about 100 mts) to the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata is available from mid-June to mid-September. The use of the car is recommended.
